East Cowes

Separated from Cowes by the River Medina, this is a mark with very easy access and comfortable fishing from the sea wall. Fishing between the breakwater and Old Castle point is mainly done during daylight hours for flounders, plaice, eels and school bass. use ragworm, lugworm or crab baits. Night sessions will produce pouting and eels but the occasional good bass, ray, smoothound or cod may turn up.

Ample parking on the road beside the sea wall
